Shipping
- What carriers do you use?
I ship via the US postal service, and every order comes with free delivery confirmation.
- How long will my order take to get to me?
Small orders are sent via First Class Mail and Priority Mail, and delivery time is 2-4 business days for anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- How much will it cost?
Shipping cost is determined by the carrier based on how much your purchase weighs and costs (for insurance). You can get a shipping estimate by clicking the shopping bag icon that appears at the top right corner of every page and entering your zip code.
- Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Certainly -- if I haven't shipped your order yet, just email me with your order number and the new shipping address.
- Can I return an item?
I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you're not, I'll be happy to refund the purchase price of your item. Please email me for the return shipping address, then ship the item in a box or padded envelope.
When I receive your package, I'll issue your refund through the method by which you paid. Please insure your package, as I can't be responsible for the loss of or damage to items during return shipping. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, but there is no restocking fee.
Take your time! If you place an item in your shopping bag, it will stay there (on your computer -- if you use a different computer, your shopping basket won't be available) even if you don't come back to the store for up to a month.
Definitely. Google sends me your contact information so that I can ship your order to you and send you email about it, but this information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (industry-standard SSL encryption) to keep it safe from evildoers. I will never, ever share your personal data with anyone.
I never receive your credit card number. It stays safe with Google, and Google stores it on a secure server. You can read more about account information safety in the Google Checkout help.

If I haven't shipped your order yet, then simply to have your order cancelled. If already it's shipped, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price.

Certainly. It won't be reflected in your Google Checkout account, but if I haven't shipped your order yet, I'll be happy to ship it somewhere else. Simply email me the new address to which you'd like your order to be shipped.
Google does not allow re-entry of credit card data unless the card is declined (in which case, they'll email you). If you wish to pay with a different card, I can cancel your order, and you can place a new one. If I haven't shipped your order yet, then simply email me to have your order cancelled.

- How long will it take to make my made-to-order item?
For jewelry, typically only a day or two. If I'm out of one of the materials and can't replenish my supply locally, getting a new shipment in requires at least a week. If that is the case, I'll let you know. Custom glass pieces take at least a week due to the lengthy kiln time.

Absolutely! Simply contact me to discuss modifications.
