Hampden's annual festival or arts and entertainment. HampdenFest takes place on five blocks of West 36th Street between Falls Road and Keswick Avenue (near Roosevelt Park). Where: Graw Days Festival in historic downtown Havre de Grace, MD
The streets of downtown Havre de Grace are closed off to traffic for this fun-filled, day-long street festival celebrating a colorful time in the city's history. The festival is set in the Roaring Twenties, with multiple live music entertainers, period attire, food, drink, carriage rides, street performers, historic and educational displays, artists, and crafters. Daytime events are family-friendly with games and contests for kids.

Where: Trash to Treasure Green Craft Fair at the Watkins Nature Center in Watkins Regional Park, Upper Marlboro, MD
The Watkins Nature Center hosts its first annual green craft fair, featuring artists selling their arts and crafts made from reused, recycled, responsibly harvested/natural or sustainable products.
To get to Watkins Nature Center from the park entrance, follow the main road to the back of the park (past the playground parking lot) and turn left into the nature center parking lot.

Where: Festival of Lights Art and Craft Fair, Greenbelt, MD
The Festival of Lights Art and Craft Fair, now in its 38th year, takes place in the Community Center in historic downtown Greenbelt. Local artisans have all sorts of beautiful things -- pottery, carved and turned wood, stained glass, and knitted goods are just a few -- and there's plenty of free parking.
