I softened a spherical glass jar -- formerly the repository of a delightful chocolate raspberry sauce -- vertically in my kiln to produce this whimsical paperweight. The rich, luscious folds of glass look like the splash and ripples created in water when something falls in, and it adds a playful touch to any desk.
